Ahren Uyeda - Owner
Ahren is an innovative chef with an exceptional record of service and skill. He currently has around 28 years of kitchen and sushi experience under his belt. He was trained in the art of traditional Japanese sushi (Edomae) and cuisine; and from that experience he has taken his ideas and skills to a different level. He always hopes to find ways to better himself in his craft as a chef.
Rachel Young - Head Chef
Rachel Young born and raised in Alaska, turned her passion for baking into a business during the pandemic. Determined to spread joy through food, she started her own baking venture, focusing on creating high quality lovingly made products. Rachel believes food made with care can make a real difference in people’s lives, and she continues to pour her heart into every dish she creates, striving to bring comfort and connection through her craft.
